No, you will not be charged with anything. The SIM card and shipping fee are both free. We

Once you insert your SIM card upon your arrival in Canada, your plan will begin, and you
will be able to avail the services included in your plan. Billing will start after your
month of using the service.
It is important to note that you should only use your Canadian SIM card once you are in
Canada already, not in your home country or outside Canada. Doing so will incur your account
roaming charges.
Definitely! The mobile plan has no contract which means that at the end of your payment
cycle, you are free to switch mobile plans or mobile service providers with no additional
charges.
Choosing the “ship to my address” option will allow you to receive your SIM card within 3-5
days.
If you are still unsure of your Canadian address, you can enter your temporary address or
your college/university’s address. You can change this to your address once you arrive in
Canada.
Use your SIM card upon your arrival in Canada, not outside. Roaming charges may apply if you
insert your sim card while outside Canada. You should also restart your phone after putting
in the new sim card once you arrived.
Your first bill will be sent within five days after the SIM and the services are activated.
The payment due date is scheduled approximately 20 days after the bill’s issued date.
Payment can be done directly through the app or online by using any debit or credit card.
You will need to fill out a form to activate your sim 4 to 5 days before your scheduled
departure. You will need to contact the SIM card team for any delay or changes on the
departure date you have declared in the form to avoid early or delayed activation of the SIM
card.
Once your boarding pass to Canada is confirmed, your SIM will be activated. It is important
to note that the SIM card will only be activated with the exclusive plan before your
departure – no exceptions.
The phone number will be sent via email once the SIM card is activated. Please check your
email for the confirmation email from the SIM card team.
